As Circle Secretary, I look after much of the general business of the Circle. I support the President in the running of meetings and other events and keep the minutes.
I have to keep up to date with Catenian rules and procedures. I maintain Circle records and communicate with our Grand and Provincial Councils. Fortunately, much of the above can be done with the aid of modern technology. The Secretary is usually the first point of contact for the circle and because of this, it is one of my functions to liaise between South Liverpool Brothers and other circles in our Province.
